REDBACK Specialty Coffee is a coffee roasting company based in Surabaya, JAVA.
It was founded by a husband and wife team , which he had a collective 4 years of experience in coffee industry, spanning from barista work, coffee training to sourcing from local to imported micro lot coffee producers around the world.
As for her, she is focusing on the viennoiserie, specializing on Croissants and Danishes that is made only from the highest quality ingredients, such as japanese flour, European butter and chocolate, with no coloring and no preservatives, in small batch baking.
